Throughout Tel Aviv – Yafo

April 2009 will be an especially festive month.�The events kicking off Tel-Aviv-Yafo's centennial will commence with all the pomp and circumstance befitting the occasion, also marking the State of Israel's 61^st anniversary and the Passover holiday.

In honor of this threefold celebration, there are plans underway to decorate the city with thousands of flags, unique lighting elements and other visual media. Two community-wide projects will also be displayed as part of the festive opening events, "Revealing the Hidden City" and the Mobile Project.
